Welcome to this year’s Staff Survey!

The staff survey is your opportunity to tell us what you think is working well, what isn’t working, and how things can be improved so that we can move forward as an organisation.

We want to hear your thoughts on everything, from how supported you feel at work to whether you’re receiving the right training. We’d also like to hear your suggestions for any changes that you’d like to see.

Our staff survey is one of most important tools for informing change across the organisation and last survey we had a fantastic 75% response rate, and this year let’s see if we can exceed this.

Your answers are anonymous and your feedback is listened to and used to make improvements.

Please complete the survey by 5pm, Friday 31 March.
