Key Dates

This is the 21 day formal consultation period during which you can review information about the proposals and submit your comments (representations) to us. Following the end of this period, all representations will be reviewed and changes to the proposals will be made as required.

Once this process is complete, timescales for the implementation of the scheme will be formally agreed.
