Survey has concluded
Welcome to this year’s Staff Survey!
Now that we’ve moved towards new ways of working and more of us are working from home regularly, it’s more important than ever that you share your views with us.
The staff survey is your opportunity to tell us what you think is working well, what isn’t working, and how things can be improved so that we can move forward as an organisation.
We want to hear your thoughts on everything, from how supported you feel at work to whether you’re receiving the right training. We’d also like to hear your suggestions for any changes that you’d like to see.
Our staff survey is one of most important tools for informing change across the organisation and last year we had a fantastic 86% response rate, and this year let’s see if we can exceed this.
Your answers are anonymous and your feedback is listened to and used to make improvements. The results feed in to our Culture Action Plan and the work of the Change Champions, and help us to focus our efforts on the key changes which will help us improve for everyone.
Please complete the survey by midnight on Sunday 5 December. Help us by taking time to express your opinion and make a difference. The survey should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete, so take time away from your work, grab a cuppa and have your say!
