Survey has concluded
Welcome
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey to tell us about your team and your short term office requirements immediately after Covid restrictions are lifted (currently 19 July). We are looking for an overview of your initial plans but we fully appreciate that these requirements may change over time. Your survey answers will help us to plan our next steps but any changes to the office environment will not be made without further engagement with you and your team.
We are moving towards an agile working environment and it will take time to get our office space and other support and infrastructure right and to move towards this. This survey is about your short term return to the office requirements, i.e. the six months or so following the lifting of Covid restrictions. It’s also perfectly fine to stay in your current working patterns so don’t feel any pressure to change your current position.
This survey will be open until the end of July – however please complete as quickly as possible
Your team should also work through the agile working toolkit (here) to begin the conversations about your longer term plans. Your HR business partner can support you with these conversations if you need it.
