This survey is for Providers who currently work with the Of Course We Can project.
Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) is currently reviewing the Short Breaks offer across the county and is seeking feedback to help shape future planning. At present, Active Impact holds a contract with GCC to deliver the Of Course We Can programme, which provides inclusive activities for children and young people. As a valued partner organisation involved in delivering these activities, we would greatly appreciate your input. Your feedback will play an important role in informing how Short Breaks are delivered in Gloucestershire from 2027 onwards.
The questions should take about 15 minutes to complete. We value your opinions and want to know where you think we can improve the various aspects of the process.
