Feedback survey has concluded...
When we first started rolling out Microsoft M365 Teams and SharePoint we introduced retention on Chat and Channel messages. Now that this has been in place for a number of years we wanted to review how it is working, and give you an opportunity to have your say on how you are actually using the tools to help us determine if what is in place for our communication channels is fit for purpose.
All of our communications, whether direct chats, channel messages or emails, are searchable and are therefore disclosable under HR, audit or legal investigations, Freedom of Information (FOI) or Subject Access Requests (SARs).
Remember there is an M365 Acceptable Use Policy which gives more information about how different aspects of M365 should be used.
