Infection Control & Testing Fund– Round 3 (ICTF3) Gloucestershire Care Home Financial Return Survey

Please note the following:

• The questions in the first section below are about the ICTF3 grant funding for Infection Prevention & Control and Vaccines. The total of all the monthly amounts you submit for these questions should be equal to the total amount that your care home has spent from the 2 grant payments it received from the ICTF3 for (1) Infection Prevention & Control and (2) Vaccines.

• The questions in the second section below are about the ICTF3 grant funding for Testing. The total of all the monthly amounts you submit for these questions should be equal to the total amount that your care home has spent from the grant payment it received from the ICTF3 for Testing.
