ICM Decision - Author Survey

Over the last two years we have been simplifying and streamlining the decision-making process and paperwork in line with feedback from report authors. We have also created guidance documents and started offering face to face support sessions if required. The overall aim has been to make decision making as straightforward as possible and to ensure officers feel supported. We would therefore be very grateful if you could complete this short survey to help us understand whether we have achieved our aim and to identify any areas requiring further improvement. Your responses will be anonymous, unless you would like to leave your name so that we can contact you in the future to obtain feedback on new templates and guides, or changes to the process (but this is completely voluntary).
