Feedback has concluded
This Survey is to let us know your thoughts and feedback on your experience from the HAF programme from Spring 2022 (11-14 April).
We value your time taken to complete this survey. All responses help Gloucestershire County Council deliver the best possible version of the HAF programme to you and your family. Your valuable feedback allows us to recognise what you enjoyed about the HAF programme and what you think could be improved about the HAF programme here in Gloucestershire. By completing this survey, we are able to hear your (important) voice and make necessary changes based off the constructive feedback provided.
Rest assured, all survey responses are independently reviewed so that we can make sure that each and every comment is taken into full consideration. As examples of how this survey has allowed your voice to be heard, your feedback informed us that some families have previously experienced difficulties signing up to the HAF programme. To overcome this, we now work closely with Family Support to ensure that more families are able to sign up to HAF provision and access food and enriching activities during the school holiday period. In addition, we are committed to making the HAF programme as accessible as possible to all eligible children and families within Gloucestershire. As a result, we have worked closely with Gloucestershire’s Parent Carer Forum to make important changes to HAF activity days and food offers.
In advance, we thank you for your time and constructive feedback.
