Summer Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme Schools Survey

The intention of this survey is to ensure that information with regards to Gloucestershire County Council for the Christmas Holiday Activities and Food Programme is disseminated to Schools in an effective manner in order for them to get the information out to the children.

The reason behind this survey is that following a survey with parents & carers of children who participated in the Summer Holiday Activities and Food Programme, they advised that they received most of their information with regards to this offering from schools.
