Due to unforeseen circumstances the results of the survey from the end of the Summer Term are not available to governors. However to gain the most up to date picture of where staff feel we are at this term, you are being asked to complete the survey again. This will be the same survey that many of you completed in May. it is important that we gain your current views in order for us to be able to identify the positive aspects of working at Greatfield Park; to identify those areas which have improved since the last survey, and to understand the areas that need further improvement.
As in the previous survey, apart from a slight change to the first question, it is based entirely on the staff questionnaire you would be asked to complete if we were to be inspected by Ofsted. It also has the addition of a “free text” box at the end for you to add any additional information you want to share.
All staff are encouraged to complete the survey; it is entirely anonymous and once again it has been produced by the Communications Team from the County Council. The responses will be gathered by them, and the school will receive the summary. It is really important for the governors and the leadership team to have feedback through the survey for as many of the staff team as possible.
One final request, to enable a timely turnover on the results, please do not make any comments you are not willing to have shared. No comments will be attributable to an individual member of staff, the school will receive a summary of the responses.
Please complete the survey by 5pm on Monday 11 October 2021
