Gloucestershire Health and Social Care Frameworks Engagement

This survey is for providers who have been successful in the tendering process for the Gloucestershire Health and Social Care Framework 2020-4.  

We are starting to think about re-commissioning the Frameworks and would like to gather your feedback to inform our planning.   The questions should take about 15-20 minutes to complete.  We value your opinions and want to know where you think we can improve the various aspects of the process.

We are starting to look at re-commissioning the Gloucestershire Health and Social Care Frameworks and we would be grateful if you could spend 15 minutes to engage with us and give feedback so we can collaboratively work together to improve the offer in Gloucestershire.  

We are re-commissioning the Gloucestershire Health and Social Care Frameworks. The frameworks are community-based care and support services for children and young people, adults (including older people) and people with a learning disability, physical disability, autism and/or a mental health condition. 

The Frameworks includes the following service types:

Supported Living

Floating Support for Children and Young People

Forensic Services 

Domiciliary Care

The Gloucestershire Health and Social Care Frameworks are a set of standards that we want providers who give care to follow. They set out how we want people to receive care and support and include things like staff training, how we expect Care Providers to support people and what policies and procedures Providers should have.

Care Providers have to apply to be on the Gloucestershire Health and Social Care Framework and go through a series of checks such as credit checks and written response evaluations which assess if Providers can meet our standards.

The current Gloucestershire Health and Social Care Frameworks are in place until March 2024 and we are working on how to make them better.

In order for us to improve care in Gloucestershire and ensure it is inclusive, we would like to gather your feedback to inform our planning. We have created a short survey which should take 10-15 minutes to complete.

This survey is for Adult Social Care operational staff who work in Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, High Needs Team and Adults.

We need to look at the care questions we currently have in place to see if they are still relevant. We want to make the process more streamlined for providers and for ourselves who have to evaluate the bids.
