This webinar follows on from the Promoting Positive Transitions Webinar which ran in March. At that time we explored the 5 principles and psychology of supporting children through transition, what is important for specific groups of children going through transition and how we can support vulnerable children through school transitions. To aid in the support for vulnerable children going through the transition to secondary, primary schools were asked to facilitate six weekly sessions according to the programme developed by Tine Rae in 2014. This webinar has been organised to allow practitioners to share feedback from these sessions, so that lessons can be learnt about how to develop the programme further in future.
