Thank you for participating in the Levelling Up Together ‘One Year On’ evaluation.
It is mandatory that you provide your name and your organisation’s details. The other questions are not mandatory, please answer as many as you can.
We are asking all Levelling Up Together partners the same questions regardless of the size of their grant, but we are expecting our partners to take a proportionate approach, for example, we hope to see more detail provided by partners with larger grants (for reference, the grants range in size from £1,500 to £89,200).
If you feel you would like to share something which cannot be captured by the form, please email us at levellinguptogether@gloucestershire.gov.uk to discuss this further.
If you want to save your progress during the survey so you can come back to it another time, you will need to register for an Engagement HQ account.
If you complete the survey as a ‘guest’ (without an account) you will not be able to save your progress. You might like to copy these questions into a word document and work on them overtime, and then copy and paste your responses into the survey when you’re finished.
Your responses will be used to create an evaluation report that summarises key themes. Parts of your responses may be used as quotes in the report (usually the name of the organisation is listed beneath the quote; the name of the individual is not included). If you would prefer for your responses not to be included as quotes, or if you would prefer for any quotes from you to be shared anonymously (so the organisation’s name is not listed), please let us know either in this survey or by emailing levellinguptogether@gloucestershire.gov.uk
This survey will close on Tuesday 30 April 2024.
