Survey has concluded.
Thank you for participating in the Levelling Up Together interim evaluation.
It is mandatory that you provide your name and your organisation’s details. The other questions are not mandatory, please answer as many as you can.
We are asking all Levelling Up Together partners the same questions regardless of the size of their grant, but we are expecting our partners to take a proportionateapproach, for example, we hope to see more detail provided by partners with larger grants (for reference, the grants range in size from £1,500 to £89,200).
If you feel you would like to share something which cannot be captured by the form, please email us at levellinguptogether@gloucestershire.gov.uk to discuss this further.
If you want to save your progress during the survey so you can come back to it another time, you will need to register for an Engagement HQ account.
If you complete the survey as a ‘guest’ (without an account) you will not be able to save your progress. You might like to copy these questions into a word document and work on them overtime, and then copy and paste your responses into the survey when you’re finished.
The survey will close on Saturday 30 September
