Evaluating Levelling Up Together: 6 Months On

Thank you for participating in the Levelling Up Together interim evaluation.

• It is mandatory that you provide your name and your organisation’s details. The other questions are not mandatory, please answer as many as you can.
• We are asking all Levelling Up Together partners the same questions regardless of the size of their grant, but we are expecting our partners to take a proportionate approach, for example, we hope to see more detail provided by partners with larger grants (for reference, the grants range in size from £1,500 to £89,200).
• If you feel you would like to share something which cannot be captured by the form, please email us at levellinguptogether@gloucestershire.gov.uk to discuss this further.
• If you want to save your progress during the survey so you can come back to it another time, you will need to register for an Engagement HQ account.
• If you complete the survey as a ‘guest’ (without an account) you will not be able to save your progress. You might like to copy these questions into a word document and work on them overtime, and then copy and paste your responses into the survey when you’re finished.
