The GCC ULEV strategy is to rollout 1,000 on-street EV chargepoints (EVCPs) over the next 3 years to support those residents that do not have access to off-street parking throughout Gloucestershire.
The proposed first phase locations have been identified and are now being put out for review.
The first stage of the review is with the responsible county councillor followed by district councillors and district officers. Following this will be a review with local residents with a letter drop.
We are looking at a mix of locations, targeting both affluent areas that are likely to be early adopters of EVs as well less affluent areas so that we do not exclude these residents from EV ownership.
The survey can also be available as a hard copy. To request a hard copy, please email Steve.lowe@gloucestershire.gov.uk or telephone 01452-328053.
