Digital Support for care homes

In conjunction with council colleagues, we have recently asked care homes to complete a survey outlining their digital capabilities and challenges. We would be grateful if practices would also let us know of your experiences. The purpose of gathering this information is to develop an appropriate offer of support to care homes to enable digital communication and identify issues requiring resolution.
