Can I submit feedback in another format?
Yes, we have set up drop-in and feedback sessions and they will take place at the settings. Please refer to the key dates to find out when and where we will be meeting.
Additionally, you can submit feedback over the phone, email, on Microsoft Teams, or we can send you a paper form to fill in. To discuss this, please email jake.graham@gloucestershire.gov.uk or call 01452 424374.
Is my feedback anonymous?
Yes, your feedback can be anonymous if you wish. There is the option to add your name and contact details. This may be beneficial if you wanted us to contact you to discuss your feedback in more detail. Leaving your name and contact details is optional.
