Support for Adult Carers - Tell us your views

Gloucestershire County Council and NHS Gloucestershire would like to hear from professionals who come into contact with Adult carers aged 18+ about the support currently available to them in Gloucestershire.

We currently commission Gloucestershire Carers Hub to provide this service to adults.

Young Carers and Young Adult Carers are supported separately through Gloucestershire Young Carers.

The feedback that you give us will help to develop our strategy and shape future services for carers in Gloucestershire.

We expect the questions to take around 10 minutes to complete.

‘A carer is somebody of any age, who provides support or who looks after a family member, partner or friend who needs help because of frailty, physical or mental illness, addiction or disability.’

The feedback that you give us is anonymous and will be treated in the strictest confidence.

If you have any problems completing the survey, please contact commissioninghubadults@gloucestershire.gov.uk

Please note the survey will close on Monday 30 September, at noon.
