INTRODUCTION
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Your insight is essential in shaping the Care Academy, a new, county-wide programme designed to strengthen the skills, confidence and career pathways of everyone involved in adult social care.
The Care Academy will act as a single, accessible “front door” for learning, development and workforce support. It will bring together high-quality training for the ASC workforce, practical support and training for unpaid carers, and business advice and sustainability support for care providers and SME enterprises. By coordinating these elements in one place, the Academy aims to strengthen skills, improve confidence, reduce duplication and build a more consistent, supported and resilient care sector across the county.
By sharing your experience and priorities, you will help us:
· Understand current workforce pressures and training challenges
· Co-design a training offer that genuinely meets provider needs
· Shape a digital Learning Management System that works for organisations of all sizes
· Develop consistent standards and explore a Training Passport for the sector
· Ensure the Care Academy delivers real value to providers, staff and the people they support
Your feedback will directly inform the design and development of the Care Academy, helping ensure it is practical, accessible and grounded in the realities of everyday care provision.
This survey should take around 10–12 minutes to complete.
Thank you for your time and contribution.
