Engagement has concluded

Our in-house bed-based reablement review will fully explore how the services currently offered at Great Western Court and previously offered at Wheatridge Court (before its temporary closure) can be essential to the achievement of the wider Health and Social Care system needs in Gloucestershire.

The aims of this project are to:

  1. Engage with stakeholders to understand the effectiveness of the two bed-based reablement services.
  2. Consider whether services are efficient and meet the current and future needs of the population and the wider Health and Social Care system in Gloucestershire.

Please only fill in the survey that is relevant to you. For example, if you work or have worked at one of the settings, please fill in ‘survey for staff working at the centres.’

Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. Once we have reviewed your comments, we will share our report and findings with you.

Please refer to the introduction to each survey for more information.

This project is an Operational Review to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the in-house bed based reablement services, to ensure the Council makes best use of all available resources.

As a colleague who is working in Gloucestershire’s Health and Social Care System, your feedback is essential and will help us understand what is good about the service, what has worked well in the past and how we could improve our offer.

There are two parts to the survey below.  The first part asks about Wheatridge Court, and the second asks about Great Western Court.   If you only have experience of one setting, you can skip questions you do not wish to answer.

If you have any further comments, would like to communicate your thoughts in another format, or have any questions, please contact us by emailing jake.graham@gloucestershire.gov.uk or telephone 01452 324374.
