Survey has concluded.
The Women’s Network has chosen its key objectives to reflect each of the Gloucestershire County Council values of accountability, integrity, empowerment, respect and excellence.
In delivering its overall aim, the Women’s Network will:
Hold the city council, county council and GFRS to account on women’s issues.
Advocate for our members and all staff in a fair, transparent and democratic way.
Support female employees to achieve their full potential at work.
Build our network to promote equality, diversity, and respect throughout Gloucestershire.
Aim to make the city council, county council and GFRS an employer of choice for female employees and allies.
Before we have our first full network meeting, we’d like to get an idea of what our membership would like us to focus on and the challenges they face within the organisation.
We’d really appreciate it if you took a small amount of time to fill in these questions. All answers will be completely anonymous.
The survey closes on Friday 15 November, at 5pm.
