We are proposing to change the existing opening times for Tewkesbury Library. This is to rationalise the opening times in line with other libraries to reduce confusion for customers. It will also realign staffing to allow better business resilience and reduce ad hoc closures at lunchtimes which are a quiet time visitor wise.
