Most of you will be aware that a staff survey was undertaken in the Autumn 2019. However, it is important that we gain your current views in order for us to be able to identify both the positive aspects of working here at Greatfield Park and the areas that we should focus on improving.
This survey, apart from a slight change to the first question is based entirely on the staff questionnaire you would be asked to complete if we were to be inspected by Ofsted. It also has the addition of a “free text” box at the end for you to add any additional information you want to share.
All staff are encouraged to complete the survey; it is entirely anonymous and has been produced by the Communications Team from the County Council. The responses will be gathered by them, and the school will receive the summary. It is really important for the governors and the leadership team to have feedback through the survey for as many of the staff team as possible.
So that we can begin to address any issues raised in a timely way, there is a fairly short deadline for the survey to be completed; the closing date is 13.00 on Tuesday 4th May
