The staff survey has concluded.

Welcome to the Annual Employee Engagement Survey for 2023.

Alongside the usual themes in our survey, this year we have a new improved staff survey including Carers as a new section.

This is your safe space to have your say and your response is anonymous.

Our staff survey provides valuable information on your thoughts and views on our workforce priorities and how you feel about your employment with us.

We really want to hear from you, so please take time to grab a cuppa while you complete the survey and have your say.

Any equalities data will only be reported at a corporate level and will not be combined with the service area or team information.


How to respond

The survey can also be made available as a hard copy, please contact communications@gloucestershire.gov.uk or telephone 01452-427554 (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm).

The survey closes on Friday 24 November, at 5pm.


How do I save my responses if I need to return to it later?

You must be registered and logged into Engagement HQ to save your completed survey. You can register an Engagement HQ account here https://haveyoursaygloucestershire.uk.engagementhq.com/register

Although this means you will need to provide your name to register, please be reassured that your name will not be included in the reporting.


Can I go back and check my feedback answers before submitting?

Yes you can, but please click the black 'Back' button to go back to the previous page (if you click the 'go back' button on your Internet browser; you will lose all of your answers and will need to start the survey again).
