Survey has concluded
We are working to review how we best support children with SEND and their families in Gloucestershire. As part of our work and commitment for continual improvement we have been part of a National Delivering Better Value in SEND (DBV) programme.
The DBV programme is exploring how we support our children and families, how we use our resource and what opportunities there are for future improvement.
We want to put children and young people at the heart of this plan, and your views as a parent or carer are really important to make sure we're focusing on the right areas.
Please fill out the below survey to help us understand your views and experiences about your child or young person's current educational setting.
If you have more than one child with a special educational need, please fill out the form for each of your children individually. This is aimed mainly at parents and carers of young people currently under 25.
The survey closes on Friday 5 May at 5pm, and should only take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
