We are currently undertaking a review of the RTA panel and as a recent panel member, we would value your feedback. We will collate the responses and use the information gathered to help shape the RTA panel to maximise the efficiency whilst ensuring we are achieving the best outcomes for the children and young people of Gloucestershire. Currently we circulate the panel papers on Tuesday pm, which is 3 working days before the panel sits. Do you feel this panel preparation time is:

The case coordinator for each case will prepare a panel prep form, in advance of panel with the aim of the form giving panel a synopsis of the child’s needs and current provision being put into place. How helpful do you find the panel prep form?

Currently the cases are triaged before panel takes place, with Panel chair indicating if any cases are preliminary agreed. Do you find the triage of cases helpful?
