As part of our ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive, we are reviewing and updating our Reasonable Adjustments guidance and supporting resources. These documents are designed to support employees, applicants and managers in identifying, discussing, implementing and reviewing reasonable adjustments that help remove workplace barriers and enable individuals to perform at their best. The resources include updated guidance for managers and employees, a revised Reasonable Adjustment Passport and an accompanying Equality Impact Assessment (EQIA).
This review forms part of our wider commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and supports our responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010. It aims to ensure that our approach to reasonable adjustments remains clear, consistent and accessible, while giving employees confidence to discuss their needs and managers the tools to have supportive and constructive conversations.
