Have your say on our Grievance Policy
Share your thoughts and help shape the future for a fair and inclusive workplace
As part of our commitment to creating a positive and inclusive workplace, we are reviewing our current Grievance Policy and associated guidance.
This review is a key part of our cultural development journey, informed by staff feedback and aligned with our organisational values of respect, fairness, and continuous improvement.
Our aim is to make sure every colleague feels heard, supported and confident in raising concerns. It also reflects our dedication to embedding our anti-racism pledge and strengthening our approach to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) across all employment practices.

This review is an essential step in shaping policies that are inclusive, effective, and aligned with our values.
We are inviting your feedback on the current grievance resolution process and supporting materials. We will be gathering insights from all relevant stakeholders - including staff, network groups, and trade unions - to help us shape policies that are fit for purpose and reflect the diverse needs of our workforce.
Equality Impact Assessment (EQIA)
The EQIA has been completed in line with the Public Sector Equality Duty under the Equality Act 2010, and aims to identify and mitigate any potential risks of discrimination or disadvantage. Your feedback will help us assess whether the policy and its implementation may have unintended impacts, and whether further adjustments are needed to promote fairness and inclusion.
We are particularly keen to hear your views on:
