Survey has concluded
We have put together this survey to get your final thoughts on how you think HAF went this summer.
We appreciate you taking time out of your day to complete this survey we have estimated this should take around 10 minutes to complete.
We would like to get your honest feelings about the programme as well as any suggestions on how you think we can improve for next time. Previous survey responses have helped us rethink our food hamper offer as well as consider other ticketed activities for your children.
There is also an opportunity at the end to leave your email address so that we may contact you to discuss your thoughts and feedback further as well as potentially setting up a forum where all interested parents can share their thoughts on the programme. Please leave your email address if you are happy for us to get in contact for this.
