Home Cooking kits were provided as part of the Easter Pilot offer of the Department of Education Holiday Activities and Food programme in Gloucestershire this complemented the offer Gloucestershire County Council made to provide two weeks of Vouchers for children entitled to Free School Meals. Home Cooking kits in Gloucestershire were provided for four days and contained the ingredients and recipes for four meals for four people. This survey is to gain feedback about the provision from the DFE only.
