As you are a community group or charity that has received GloW Community Grants funding, we would like to know a bit more about the participants who have or who are currently engaging with your project/activity, and how taking part may have impacted them (including their wellbeing). This survey asks a number of questions about your participants to help us evaluate the GloW Community Grants programme over the past 6 months (or to date if your project/activity has been running for longer than 6 months). Please do not worry if you do not have all this information to hand or are unable to collect all the information listed, instead we would appreciate you sharing what you have - where possible.
