Gloucestershire Libraries public survey

Survey has concluded

The way people use libraries has been changing over recent years. We have seen an increasing shift towards online access and increased use of technology. Many of our services are being provided beyond our physical library spaces within our communities.

The Covid -19 pandemic has increased the speed of this change and we would really like your views on the services we currently provide and what you might like to see us provide in the future. It would also be helpful to know how your use of libraries may have changed during the COVID pandemic. This will help us shape the Library services in the coming years to meet your needs.

Have your say!

We encourage you to have your say by answering the questions below. Please use the available boxes to make any additional comments, so your views can be heard and understood when we write our new Library strategy.

  • You can also complete a paper copy of the consultation which can be collected in any County Council library.
  • Please hand completed copies of the consultation to library staff or post completed copies to Libraries and information, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 2TG.
  • If you would like a copy of the consultation sent to you please contact us at libhelp@gloucestershire.gov.uk

Thank you for taking the time to give us your views.

Gloucestershire County Council has a commitment to protecting personal information.

All of your answers will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Regulations.

If you are a Community Library user (Berkeley, Bream, Brockworth, Lechlade, Minchinhampton, Mitcheldean, Newnham & Painswick) we would like to hear your feedback on general aspects of the overall library provision. When filling in the survey please leave the locality of the library blank.
