We’re redesigning Staffhub to make it more efficient, user-friendly, and accessible based on your feedback as well as feedback received from HMICFRS.

The communications and engagement team alongside the ICT team will be leading this project throughout 2025.

Key goals:

  • Save time by improving search and navigation.
  • Boost staff engagement with better usability.
  • Ensure consistent, up-to-date information across GFRS.
  • Improve information access based on roles.
  • Support better handovers and business continuity.
  • Enhance digital skills through team ownership and training.
