As part of our commitment to creating a safe, supportive and inclusive workplace, we have developed a new Domestic Abuse, Sexual Violence and Stalking (DASVS) Policy. The policy outlines the support available to employees affected by domestic abuse, sexual violence or stalking, as well as guidance for managers and colleagues on responding appropriately and compassionately.
We recognise that these issues can affect anyone, regardless of background or role, and can have a significant impact on an individual's wellbeing, safety and working life. The policy forms part of our wider commitment to staff wellbeing, safeguarding and equality, diversity and inclusion, and aims to ensure that colleagues feel able to access support when they need it.
