Firstly, thank you for taking the time to complete the survey. Its much appreciated as it really helps to focus in on the areas both where we need to do a bit more but also where things are going well.

So we can put some practical steps in place to address those areas where more is need and to make sure we don’t lose the areas of strength, we have put together a few questions to understand responses in a bit more detail.

We know, it’s another survey but it will give us the info to work together to make improvements. Its also an opportunity to have a go at the new engagement platform!

We have picked out the areas where our results differ most from the rest of corporate service and/or the GCC results but feel free to comment on anything you want us to focus on that may not have come out in the results but is important to you.

Once we have you feedback we’ll set up some sessions so we can discuss what we do, how and when.
