Welcome to this year’s Staff Survey!

The staff survey is your opportunity to tell us what you think is working well, what isn’t working, and how things can be improved so that we can move forward as an organisation.

We want to hear your thoughts on everything, from how supported you feel at work to whether you’re receiving the right training. This year we’d also like to hear your view on our staff benefits.

Our staff survey is one of most important tools for informing change across the organisation and last survey we had a fantastic 77% response rate. This year let’s see if we can beat that.

Your answers are anonymous but your feedback is listened to and used to make improvements.
