ShortBreaks are services designed to give families of disabled children a chance to rest, recharge, and spend time with other family members, while their child enjoys safe, engaging care and fun activities. These breaks can take place during weekends, school holidays, or even overnight.
We’re exploring whether there’s scope for childminders like yourselves to be involved in offering these valuable services. If you have experience or interest in working with disabled children, or would like to learn more, we’d love to hear from you and explore how you might be part of this rewarding initiative.
